The Pinkerton Academy cross country boys mean business this fall and proved it again this week by dominating the 33-team Manchester Invitational.
Champlain Valley of Vermont was a distant second, with North Andover High taking home third.
Oscar D’Amelio placed sixth overall, covering the 5k in 16:50.
A pack of area runners were clumped between 10th (17:04) and 16th (17:10).
Nicolas Floresquero of North Andover was 10th, followed by Pinkerton’s Sean Hayes and Joseph Gustavson. Salem’s Lucas Gomez was next in 13th, followed by Astro Trainor Mailloux in 16th.
